Q: DOES HAIR GET MATTED OR FRIZY IF BRUSHED?

  • A: Yes, it does. It's just like barbie hair. If it sleeps with the child or gets washed or brushed, it's ruined. I haven't found a way to bring it back to it's original neatness or shine, and I've tried every trick recommended. It just gets worse with time.

    Not the quality I expected

    Within the first few minutes playing with this doll, all the hair started falling out. The hair gets very tangled and is hard to comb out without the hair just falling out. She also looks bald in the back of your put her hair up in any way like shown in the booklet. Pretty disappointed. The hair feels super soft, but just wasn’t the quality I expected based off the high reviews. The way the doll was in the box also left a lot of holes in the outfit even while being very careful to cut the doll out with scissors. This was our first our generation doll, so maybe I just had higher expectations than I should have had.
