OtterBox Samsung Galaxy S25 Symmetry Series Case with Magnets

The case fits perfectly on my cellphone. I dropped the cellphone once and the case protected the cellphone from damage.

This is a nice case BUT it really needs a bit of roughness to the sides. I don't want a big clunky case, just something that has a little grip so it won't slip out of my hand. If it had that, it would be perfect.

I got a new phone about a month ago and I got the wavy checkered Otterbox case. I wasn't too impressed with the limited design choices, but Otterbox is supposed to be a good brand and function should probably come before looks. However, the design on my month-old case is already starting to scratch and flake on the edges--and from very minimal wear and tear. I used dollar store phone cases in the past and never had one where the design came off. As far as functionality goes, the case seems pretty sturdy, but if I'm paying $60, it should also look nice.

Not bulky and the color of my phone shows thru. Great case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek looking case. Very basic and nothing fancy about it. There’s a magnetic strip but it isn’t very strong. I wish it could cover the camera lenses better. Being that it’s slim fit, it doesn’t seem to cause a deep enough pocket for where the lenses issue. So if my phone did fall, it would probably get damaged. I didn’t drop my phone with it, but I feel that if I did, this wouldn’t do my protecting. As rough as I am with my phone, and the way my kids man handle my phone, I don’t feel comfortable enough with this on to protect it.

So, it wasn't a hard decision when I chose the Symmetry phone case by OtterBox to protect my Samsung Galaxy S25. When I purchased a phone that literally cost more than my poor old car, I went the extra mile to protect it with the best brand of phone cases on the market. I've purchased the Symmetry style cases for other phones in the past because I love the sleek, minimalist design that absolutely protects my phone. How do I know? Because I've dropped, stepped on, kicked banged and abused my phones (unintentionally!!) and even RUN OVER my phones for as long as I can remember. I'm just a klutz. I can't seem to help it. I'm so paranoid about destroying a new phone that whenever I purchase a new one and before the new phone even arrives, I've already ordered a new OtterBox case and a tempered glass screen protector. I apply the screen protector and put the phone in the case as soon as it arrives --before I even set up the new phone! After a few disasters in the early years of my "cell phone career" it's what I've learned to do to avoid disaster and it's really worked for me! Back to my most recent acquisition of the OtterBox Symmetry case- I chose the clear to be able to clearly highlight the pretty Coral Red color of my Samsung S25. I love it! The magnet on the back is strong and works great with my magnetic car mount. It is crystal clear and doesn't show fingerprints. Best of all, and despite its minimal design, it protects my phone as well, if not better, than larger clunkier cases that are unwieldy and cover the color of my phone with ugly plastic. This case is the bomb (yeah that's what we said when I was young) and my favorite among all the OtterBox cases. If you haven't tried one, go get one! These cases are the best!

My old phone case which actually isn't that old has already fallen apart after only two months. Normally, in the past we always bought OtterBox for our other phones. Unfortunately this time we tried to save money and it was a mistake! Lesson learned. OtterBox, with a power phone protection you can rely on is safe even when you drop your phone. I have previously used the Defender on my phones for the last 7 years or so. My employers always provide an Otterbox Commuter and the screens get broken. So trying the Symmetry for the first time. I like the texture on the buttons for ease of use and I was excited about the case as I got the Ice Blue S25. I was disappointed one of the color bands was more orange than brown on the case I received. Everything else looked the same color tones. I guess I could of returned it but the hassle of shipping back etc. In the future will look else where or just get a plain black.
