Ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size for my phone and sent it right back, so this is not a performance review. I might not have kept it if it had been the right size. It's much thicker than the Otterbox I'm replacing and would be a tight squeeze in my pockets or fanny pack. For those who want a heftier and stronger case, this might be great.

Unnecessary additions
The case is good except for a couple of things - the clear plastic screen protector was unnecessary as I already had a better quality one on my phone so I removed the one built into the new case (with the help of a YouTube video). Also I find the rubber protectors for the charging hole and the silencing button quite annoying but overall, a good case.

Stands up to abuse with out being to bulky

Replacement Defender case for iPhone 7
Great fit. A little tight at first but seals well. Good protection for phone (case and screen). The control buttons (volume and power) are stiff at first and require deliberate activation. They do loosen up a bit over time.

Difficult to execute typing
The cover makes actually typing difficult. No matter how light or firmly l touch the letters, l have to do it over and over and keep watching what l’ve typed bc of it not typing the letter.

Had to use bottons
I have worn out my old Otterbox as the charging port seal finally just broke off.I got a new cover and am not as happy with the buttons on it. I am 80 years old and my wife and have a extreme hard time pressing the power and volume buyyons!
