Case for old phone
Great protection and belt clip. Glad you still make this model. Prefer a color, rather than black, but just happy that I have a new Otterbox for my phone. The old one wore out after 3 years of heavy use.

Not compatible with MagSafe
It is heavy duty but it does not have MagSafe charging so I can’t even use the charger I bought.

Tough Case Tough to Install
I am unable to get my phone into the new case. There are no written instructions, just unlabeled pictures. Since my phone has crackling on the back, I won’t force it (And it doesn’t make sense that that would be required anyway!). I’ll ask the tech to put my phone in the new OtterBox when he does the phone repair.

Protects but stretches out
Case is sturdy and protects phone well. However, after just a few months, the corners seem to get stretched out and start pulling away. Could be better.

Not the same Otterbox Defender
Quality of materials has dropped from the Otterbox's I've used in the past. On the iPhone 13 Pro, the "flaps" that allow access to the ringer switch and to plug in the power cord are CHEAP and after only 3-4 month are beginning to separate from the body of the case. I will be submitting a warranty claim. We'll see how that goes... I've been a fan of Otterbox for decades, but may need to look at more reliable options...if quality, fit and function have been compromised...

Doesn’t fit iPhone 13 Pro!
I thought I would be getting a case that fit my phone. Part of my power button was under the plastic part of the case and half the time would hold my power button down making it impossible to shut my phone off or turn the sound up or down it would also make Siri come on non stop. My mute switch was also under the plastic and the box says 13 pro. Worst product it is not 13 pro compatible. Returned the next day to my local phone carrier.

That is super strange to have somehow ended up with an OtterBox for a device other than what you're currently using when the packaging stated it would be a match. If the case in general fit around your device except for the issues with the side control buttons then this definitely sounds like a mismatch between your iPhone 13 Pro and a case for an iPhone 13. Unless of course, you happen to have the iPhone 13 and you did actually receive a case that was made for the iPhone 13 Pro. Either way, it sounds like you've already moved on.
