Cute but not durable at all
I had this case for about two years (roughly) and the sides started separating from the back of the case. The sides came off in a way where gluing them back on was impossible because they didn't fit back onto the frame somehow. I kept using the case until one day I dropped my phone and the case literally fell apart into multiple pieces. My phone was fine so I guess that's a plus, but I've dropped my phone a million times before with other cases and they were also fine. For a $60 case, I'd expect it to hold up better.

While the phone case itself is good - Otterbox is a pretty great brand - it took them a week and a half to even get my order out of whatever warehouse it was in. It was supposed to take three days. When I finally contacted customer service, they told me to please wait until EOD to see if it would arrive. Surprise, surprise, I waited until past the end of that week, and the next one. And the only reason I ordered online, frankly, is because they didn't have the pattern I was looking for in store.

Not like other Otterboxes
It is a super cute design but it did not hold up well compared to other Otterbox cases. I dropped it once and my screen broke, which has never happened before. And it starts to become discolored very quickly.
