Balsam & Cedar is one of our most well-known fragrances, designed to deliver a rich, authentic evergreen aroma with notes of fresh balsam, crisp pine needles, and warm cedarwood. When burning as intended, it should provide a noticeable, room-filling scent reminiscent of a winter forest. If you are experiencing little to no fragrance, this could be related to factors such as burn conditions, room size, or even a rare quality issue. For best performance, we recommend allowing the wax to melt completely across the top during each burn (usually 3–4 hours) and trimming the wick to about ¼ inch before lighting. Drafts, very large or open spaces, or competing scents can also affect how fragrance is perceived.
