Warning on the label ⚠️
Target usually discloses this warning but missed it on this product including other sizes. California proposition 65 non-compliant. Called company to see if it's the packaging or the content but couldn't get through and really doesn't matter. Why buy and utilize let alone ingest toxic substance?

Plastic in product!
I was really liking this, but just found a 4 inch piece of fishing line in it. Now I'm wondering how much plastic I've consumed from using this, how many small pieces have I miss? don't think I'll be buying this again.

Works for me
Have been purchasing this product for years. Be sure to consume this with plenty of fluids. This is a very good source to provide soluble fiber. For my body, I only need 1+1/4 tsp daily. However, I need extra insoluble fiber, so I eat 5.5 oz of celery daily. I plan to continue to purchase this brand of Psyllium.

I feel so much better
I use this product at the end of each day. It is a very big help and keeps me regular and feeling good. its very easy to use, one large table spoon in good cold water I mix it fast and drink it down fast. If I feel an extra need it works very well to use two table spoons.

You can't get any better
I use these Psyllium Husk as part of my detoxing. I mix it with other herbs. I'm so glad the product is from Organic India for I know it is certified Organic and extremely high quality. There isn't a better product If you are seriously trying to detox or regulate your colon. This is my second order. I use to detox daily but now only do it once a month of so. .

Best I've Found
This mixes easily and does what it is supposed to do. When I ran out, I went to the store and bought another brand, thinking all psyllium husk products were alike. I couldn't believe the difference! The other brand was gritty and clumpy and difficult to swallow. If you need to use psyllium husk, do yourself a favor and buy Organic India.

My favorite fiber!
I use this every day. Even though I eat a fiber rich diet, this psyllium husk powder is perfect to help empty my bowels every morning. There is no flavor, and I like to mix it with Swansons colon cleansing formula and magnesium calm for an evening drink that works for me every time. This is a great product and I have been using it for years....
