It takes kinda like honey. I do like that it is stored in a glass bottle and is dispensed with a glass dropper.

The dropper makes it super easy to use, and I actually enjoy the flavor—it’s sweet but subtle, and a little calming, if that makes sense. It’s meant to help with sleep and mood, and while I can’t say I’ve noticed any big changes, I do feel slightly more relaxed after taking it and I like the idea of adding something natural to my routine. Maybe if I were to take it multiple times a day, there would be a better effect. If you’re into natural supplements, this could be worth trying for yourself!

Helps improve calmness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a very earthy smell and taste but not horrible. I’ve used it to sleep and was able to fall fast asleep. I mixed it with water one hour prior to bed. I would recommend to include this in your bedtime routine, it creates a calming effect. The packaging and instructions are simple.

Stress relief

Couple drops per the instructions and this thing will have you sleeping better and feeling less stressed. First day I definitely got more sleep and felt better in the morning. Didn’t have to use as much caffeine throughout the day as well. Def worth trying if looking for next supplement to increase your healthyness.
