Funeral Potato Hack

I’ve been really enjoying the Ore-Ida Shredded Hash Browns. They’re super convenient and cook up exactly how I like them—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably my favorite kind of hash browns to make. They're super easy to make. I just put some butter in the pan, add the potatoes and let them cook. Season them up and they're perfect. If I have onions, I'll add them to it too. I love letting them sit in the pan and get crispy on the outside. They're perfect. I usually let the bag sit out for a few minutes so I don't have a huge frozen chunk of potatoes to deal with.
