I've given these a bunch of tries, but they always taste weird and they never cook right. Some will be half done and some will be almost burnt, and they taste like they picked up other freezer tastes. Most recently, I cooked these last night right after bringing the home from Target so they should have been fresh. Waste of money for what you get. Won't be buying again.

I have not found any other frozen french fry that delivers exactly what I'm looking for. If these are out of stock, I'd rather go somewhere else and get em than order an inferior product. These are great pretty much however you make em - in the oven, shallow pan fried, air fried, or even deep fried. I'll typically air fry a batrch when they're a side, shallow pan fry if I just need a few for a breakfast burrito, or deep fry them if we're already set up for that like we were with some walleye the other night. Make sure to add some salt immediately after removing from the heat! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (just not for your health!)

The Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Fast food fries are SO good if prepared properly. They are very crispy and tasty SO much better than any fast food place and a LOT cheaper too. If they are not crispy it's because you're not cooking them right, you need to cook in either a deep fryer, air fryer or bake in the oven DO NOT microwave these. Compared to McDonalds these are way better and you can have them ready in very little time with no contamination. We love these at my home, if you like crispy up will too.
