"new cleentech floss" A terrible product.
I don't know how or why they changed the product, but the old version was one single strip of 'glide' material. This new version is like having twenty pieces of filament floss molded into a handle. They call it 'cleantech floss'... Definitely does not 'glide' between the teeth, but feels like it catches over and over. This product was so bad that we threw away two bags.

New style of picks terrible!!
Your new design for picks is terrible they fray every time and a weaker then the old style . Please bring back the old style. Those ones were the best I have found to get in between my teeth .

Quality changed
Quality has changed! Such a disappointment! It breaks easily. This was my favorite until oral b went cheap! It took my hubs 4 flosses one time to finally be done.

Great flossers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I get older oral health is very important to me. But the one thing that I forget to do often (or just dont want to do) is floss. But these floss picks make it so easy and quick. They are so smooth and dont get stuck. The tension control is awesome it make flossing my sensitive gums painless. I also like the resealable bag to make sure nothing gets in and you dont leave any of the picks.

Heart Broken Loyal Customer
I’ve used these Oral-B gum care floss picks twice a day for years and always thought they were the best on the market. Unfortunately, something has clearly changed in the quality — they’re now snapping almost immediately. It just took me more than five picks to get through a single flossing session, which has never happened before. I’m really disappointed, because these used to be my go-to product, and now I’m being forced to switch to another brand. I hope Oral-B brings back the original quality, because this is such a letdown from a product I used to love. Meanwhile I just wasted my money on 3 bags.

Poor Quality
I've always chosen this product because the quality has been so much better than the other similar products. lately the quality has been lacking. the floss breaks and disconnects at the slightest pressure. I have even had to use tweezers to retrieve broken floss from between my teeth. I'd love to keep using this product but if the quality remains at this low level that won't be possible. Please bring back your high standards.

Worked ok, but broke too ofter for me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These didn't match the product photo on the campaign but were similar. Still worked like you'd expect a plastic flosser to work. However they broke several times when I was using them. Once it even cut my gums which hurt. They still seemed to get plaque and food residue out of my teeth and gums (when they didn't break!) I do like that it was a 60 pack and they definitely lasted a while even with some breaking. I personally wouldn't purchase them though if I could find a more reliable option.

Updated product is terrible
I have used this product for years but Oral B has changed it for the MUCH worse. The floss comes loose from the stick and threads. As a result, you have to use 2-4 sticks to complete the flossing. Why did you change what was a great product?

Poor quality change to the floss
I have been using Oral-B Floss Picks for some years now, however the last pack I bought had a wider and weaker floss tape than the floss picks I had before. This back has been very inferior. The floss does not fit as easily between some of my teeeth where it had before and forcing it in resulted in the floos frequently breaking. Whereas I had previously been able to use your floss picks for a few days, the picks in the latest pack often broke after a single use.

QUALITY DECLINE
I have been using these for years and got many other people to use them. As far as I know, no other company has this unique design and it has been super practical. Recently the quality seems to have declined dramatically! They tear easily (or get detached), and the fiber itself is compromised. I hope they change it back. I will look for better alternatives.

Great floss picks for the gum line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unaware of all of the different floss options until recently. My dental issues normally stem from something getting stuck right on the gum line between my back teeth, so I decided to get these “gum-care” floss picks. I’m actually rather pleased with them. I’m not sure what the reason is, but these seem to work better than regular floss sticks at getting everything from between my back teeth. There’s 60 in the package and I appreciate that it’s a resealable bag for hygienic purposes. I was sent this product in exchange for my honest feedback, and it arrived quickly and in good condition. I will 100% be purchasing more of these, they’re a staple in my dental routine now. I will also be strongly recommending these to others.

Great floss

I like that you can choose the tension and it honestly does just glide. Other flosses get stuck sometime but this floss was great and was a smooth glide. They are not bigger than other similar flossers and as soon as I got these and tried them I threw out my other ones and moved these on in. I think these will help me floss more since they are durable and get the job done effectively
