chalky and unaffective
the texture of these is super chalky, i didn’t feel really any major signs that it was working. they don’t taste like anything really. i’ve heard so much about this brand and i was so excited to try them out but was majorly disappointed. i was so excited once i saw all the great ingredients it included. definitely check your sources and find a better multivitamin for you.

Bottle lasts OVER 6 months!
This tablet covers all of your necessary vitamins. They are NOT large tablets, nor do they upset my stomach. I can’t prove their pure effectiveness, but I feel pretty good overall compared to when I wasn’t taking my vitamins. I think I have more energy overall. Based on how much I feel my overall health is better, they must’ve proven their effectiveness. There are 200 tablets per bottle, so they last for several months! There is a subscription and save available and I’m going to sign up so I don’t miss a dose! I’d recommend this product highly!

My go-to vitamin
One A Day 50+ women's multivitamin and multi mineral supplement is my go-to daily vitamin. It works great at keeping me feeling healthy and keeping all of my levels at their peak. It's an excellent value for my money and honestly I don't even taste anything as I swallow it with a glass of water. It's readily found at most locations and it travels well. I have been taking it for years. I totally recommend it.

YUCK! Taste and smells terrible! Also has a lot of sugar on the gummy. Will not buy these anymore! Going back to traditional pill form.
