A: One A Day Women's Prenatal Gummies does not have iron. Added iron in gummies would create black spotting & oxidation. It would create an appearance problem which would not be appealing.

Good reliable prenatal gummies
These are my favorite prenatal gummies, and even after having my baby, both my OB and my baby’s pediatrician recommended I keep taking them since we are breastfeeding. The flavor isn’t bad, and they have a typical gummy texture. They don’t leave any gross aftertaste. The packaging is easy to open, and if any get stuck to the sides, you just have to give it a shake. It’s also one of the only fish and shellfish free prenatal vitamins that I could find! I also did not feel queasy after taking these while pregnant, which was a bonus

Gross
I just bought these to try after running out of my last bottle of a different brand because I’m not brand loyal. This bottle smells like a teenage boy’s week old gym socks. I didn’t sniff the bottle before I tried them and naively popped 2 in my mouth before the smell hit me. Then the taste. Rancid. I thought I just got a bad batch because they’re well within date and I just know they wouldn’t bring such a thing to market, but the bad reviews do not lie on this one. I even made my husband smell it to make sure I wasn’t just having some extreme pregnancy aversion. He had a worse reaction to it than me. There are several large brands that make prenatal gummies. Do not do this to yourself. Buy anything but this.

I have severe nausea during my pregnancy. I am constantly sick. I got these so I could hopefully keep my prenatal vitamin down. The fishy taste made me more sick than I already am.
