They are fruity with different flavors like raspberries, cherries and oranges just to name a few that the kids would love. They're gummies so it's like they're eating candy. My son loves these and it’s easy to see why. They are the perfect texture. They have a nice chew without being too sticky and they have wonderful flavor. My kid could eat them like they’re fruit snacks for sure but he knows not to! I love that they have an adequate amount of vitamins and minerals crucial to kids health. My kids definitely don’t get enough nutrients through their eating habits so it’s really great that they can subsidize their nutrition with a tasty gummy that gives them the boost they need. My son thinks the one a day kids are the best gummy vitamins he has ever tried.
