How to Use:

Saved my hair! 10/10
About 6 weeks ago I went to the hair dressers to have my hair bleached from black box dyed hair to brown auburn. It completely destroyed my hair and I lost half my fringe through so much damage! A friend recommended Olaplex and my hair has improved so much, I’m shocked. I started with no 5 leave in conditioner (which is 10/10) and after such good results, even after one use, I then went and bought the shampoo (no4) and conditioner (no5) . My hair feels and smells clean and I really like using them as a complete process. At the moment I’m using them for every wash to try and repair my hair as quickly as possible, and it is now growing back rather than constantly breaking at the ends. My hair no longer feels and looks like straw. So far all Olaplex products I’ve used have been 10/10!

Fantastic shampoo
I have colour-treated, fine hair, and I have been using this shampoo for over a month. It is the best shampoo I have ever used! You only need a tiny amount to get a great lather, and the scent and consistency of the shampoo makes shampooing a joy! My hair looks really healthy and has great body. Highly recommended!

Disappointed.
I was initially excited and optimistic about this product . Upon the first use of Olaplex 4&5 , I felt that my hair was stripped of all the oils and left it too dry and wispy. I used Olaplex 6 leave in conditioner and felt no difference. It was still dry. Even cheap shampoos never left my hair that way before. It made me scared to try further. Maybe it was made for very oily hair. It’s a shame. On with my search for the right one.

Glad I finally made the change
After years of resisting Olaplex and using other high-street brands, I decided to treat myself and see if the hype was true. I'm so glad I did - this shampoo works so well. You only need a tiny amount as it froths up so much in your hair, so I'm expecting the bottle to last a long time. I have medium length, fine, highlighted hair which tends to get greasy quickly - with this shampoo, my hair looks perfect first day, and only slightly greasy on the second day - an improvement on other brands. After drying, my hair feels really clean and soft, and my scalp feels really calmed - I don't get that overly dry feeling some other shampoos create. The shampoo brings out my highlights well, and adds volume too - my hair has more bounce and movement. Overall I think it is worth the cost and I will continue using this, and occasionally using a clarifying shampoo as well to keep hair and scalp healthy.

Great product, poor packaging
Dear team, this is a nice product but getting into it from a new bottle is ridiculous! Especially when you take it into the shower. It’s extremely hard to unseal the bottle and had to resort to getting a knife to cut the seal… please can you sort out this issue going forward.
