The 23g protein helps with muscle recovery, and I like knowing it has digestive support too. Perfect post-gym grab-and-go drink that actually feels satisfying, not heavy.

Tastes like spoiled milk

Was so excited to see these but they have a horrible aftertaste. I will be sticking to the other brands.

This rating reflects the store, not the product itself. The yogurt tastes good and is great. I’ve purchased these for in-store pickup, and the last three times, they sent expired items over a month old. It’s pretty frustrating and hard to believe they aren’t properly managing expired dairy products! Purchased on 12/14 and received one with an expiration of 11/24.

I love the other drinkable Oikos protein yogurts so when I saw vanilla I was excited. Ugh! It’s terrible! I only bought 2 because the rest at the store were expired, but that’s actually a blessing. After drinking just one vanilla, I know I will never buy it again. Stick to the banana/strawberry or peach but pass on the vanilla!

When I got home and looked more closely at the drink, I saw it had an expiration date that had already passed!

HORRIBLE EXPIRED

The only real win is the 23g of protein in such a small bottle — super convenient. I might try to force myself to like it for the protein, but flavor-wise, it’s a tough sell.

This drink gives me a boost towards my protein goals for the day! I like to drink it as part of a light yet high protein breakfast. The flavor is a bit sweet but not overly so. The texture reminds me of the yogurt drinks I used to have as a kid. Sometimes I like to mix 1/4 of a bottle into my coffee instead of creamer.
