For someone on antibiotics, yogurt drinks are necessary for me to keep my gut in check. Flavor is strong like Greek yogurt but if you’re a yogurt eater, it’s no problem. It’s a little on the sweet side so I’d just be aware of that.

I have always made yogurt drink using normal yogurt with some fruits and this is so easy to get it pre made . The texture is good and the taste is yummy. It has natural sugars that is just perfect. I love how this little drink is full of protein. I love how it does not have after taste. The bottle is small but it’s perfect for me as I cannot drink a lot at one time. It is very convenient to take it anywhere and drink it the bottle is small and cannot fit anywhere in purse or bag or car or stroller.
