ohsnap! SnapGrip MagSafe wallet that holds 1-8 cards

We didn’t realize that my husband would have to take the wallet off of his phone every time he wanted to remove a credit card. Plus the three credit cards he placed in the wallet were very difficult to remove. They didn’t “spread” as advertised. I have to return it for a full refund. Fortunately he does like the regular oh snap grip I ordered from you so he will keep that. How do I return the Snap Grip Wallet?

Crap product. Magnet is weak constantly falls. Cards are hard to pull out. Grip hole starts to fail after 3-4 uses because of the weight.

Quality product- wish the magnet was slightly stronger.

I cannot locate my order number but have this email for leaving a review... so I couldn’t file the warranty claim and they can’t provide my order number. I’ve bought 2 car charging sets 2 desk mount sets, a wall mount and 3 or 4 of the grips that are all amazing and I have no complaints. Recently bought my wife the wallet and she liked it enough that I got one for myself. I need to take it in and off often and week 2 it’s separated and basically unusable. For the price these cost I would expect the same quality as your other products but unfortunately I would reccomend passing on this one.

It looks and feels great, but using it is a pretty terrible experience. I normally carry 5 cards and getting them out of this wallet is difficult. I need to pry the wallet open with one hand while sliding the card out with the other. Even with only 3 cards I found it difficult to use. I'm sticking with my old 3D printed wallet which doesn't have magsafe, but it's much easier to use.

Love the look, but magnet does not hold well against back of phone and shifts around.. The kickstand device feels cheap, and is not easy to pop out with one hand.

... weak magnet on the phone side, defeating its usefulness and causing much concern that at the slightest bump it will fall off like many others have noted. I got the car mount and the wallet, thinking the magnetic backing on the wallet was a great benefit so it could also be mounted. When you attempt to do so, the wallet stays with the mount, meaning you have to hold the wallet onto the phone to take off the mount or alternatively take the wallet off the phone to mount which defeats the purpose. The wallet is also heavy, making the whole phone more cumbersome to even hold with the grip. I basically have to squeeze my fingers together onto the grip just to hold my phone up causing greater fatigue.

Worse design and functionality then their last modular wallet.

I just received my very first phone grip and phone case set! I absolutely love them! I wanted to get a wallet to match my grip and case but you don’t have the wallet in rose gold! If you could make a black wallet with a rose gold grip that would be amazing! Also an idea that you can make is that you can remove the grip from the wallet some how and we can put a different colored grip on ourself, would be great also!

Great fit for my pixel. My only complaint would be stronger magnets.

The pairing mode turns off after a few seconds so will not pair.

I must preface my comment with the fact that I love this company and the cool items you guys make! I depend heavily on these minimalist wallet holders for my phone and I recently purchased your new one. The kickstand is awesome. The color is fun as well! My concern is the magnetic feature. The one I replaced with this one is cheap but so much stronger (even with 9 items in it compared to the 5 I have in this one now) and I’m quite concerned. So far it has fallen off 4 times in 3 days and while I noticed it each time...what about that one time I don’t! Overall it’s a terrific product and I would mostly recommend it. The coolness factor is high so maybe all the good will outweigh the little magnet and the stress of loosing it doesn’t ruin it for me.

Exactly what I wanted. The magnet is secure and I’m not worried about losing it.

Nice color and slim design but wallet falls off of phone MagSafe magnet easily. Magnet is not very strong. Also have to take wallet off to get cards out. Would not purchase again.

The carbon fiber look is done well and matches my 3rd party carbon fiber case quite well. The magnetic attachment is excellent! The capacity of the wallet it spot on. My only issue is with the pop-up holder. I wear a size 11.5 ring and the finger hole is really tight. The videos all looked like there would be plenty of room. If you have larger fingers, you may not be able to use it with my preferred one-finger hold.

I loved my snap grip so when the wallet came out I knew I had to try it! It’s definitely the best MagSafe wallet in theory. It’s thin, holds plenty of cards, and of course has the genius grip. But unfortunately my husband and I both experienced de-magnetized cards after using them on our phones. We both had to order all new cards which was extremely frustrating. Our wallets are just collecting dust in a drawer somewhere now which is really a shame because they are quite expensive and we bought them at regular price.

First, I’d like to highlight the support team for their stellar assistance with my order. I had initially received the wrong color, but they promptly shipped me a replacement—free of charge. That’s what I call true one-call/message resolution. I wasn’t asked to return the incorrect item, so it’ll be regifted and will definitely make someone else’s day!Now that I’ve had a chance to use the Snap Grip Wallet, here are my main takeaways:• Although it may look delicate, the grip is surprisingly sturdy and very comfortable to hold. I love how many ways you can prop or position it.• The wallet feature works well, though it feels a bit awkward to remove it each time I need to access my cards. Getting the cards out themselves is easy, but it might be worth exploring a design that allows cards to slide out without detaching the entire wallet.• I do wish the magnetism were much stronger—both on the back and the side that attaches to the phone.On the back, when I try to “mount” it to a metal surface, the phone tends to slide down. At first, I thought this was due to my iPhone’s weight or the metal’s composition, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.On the front, the wallet has detached from my phone a few times—sometimes just when pulling it out of my pocket, and other times while using the grip and swinging the phone around.Overall, it’s a good product. I’d say if your main interest is the grip feature, just go for the Grip itself. If you want the wallet, it may be worth trying a phone case with a built in wallet feature with dual magnetism. That way, you can mount it to metal surfaces or attach the grip to it.

I’ve had mine on for less than 24 hours but I love how you can take it off and on, the cards are hidden in the back and not visible to others, it has the pop socket attached and it’s everything I could’ve asked for! The only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side. I’m interested in seeing the durability of the pop socket over time. If it holds up, it’ll be worth the price, but time will tell!

Almost perfect....I hope there’s a way to access the cards, like a c shape hole on the bottom of the wallet(pop socket style or sinjimoru MagSafe wallet) so you can push the card out without removing the wallet from the phoneGood idea on the Double sided magnet 👍

Snap grip wallet works great! Love the color and it’s nice a slim. Not bulky at all!
