How to apply:
STEP 1: Remove Oil and Moisture
• Wash hands thoroughly.
• Use the prep pad to wipe away oil, water, and any other moisture.
NOTE: Sweat, oils, creams, and any other moisture present on your natural nails will reduce nail stip adhesion.
STEP 2: Apply Nail Strips
• Select the strip that best fits the size of your nail and peel off transparent film sheet.
NOTE: Check markings on sheet to confirm which side of the strip should be facing the cuticles and free edge
• Apply strip to nail, leaving a slight space between the strip and cuticle.
• Press and smooth the strip firmly onto nail, applying extra pressure to the area along the free edge to secure. This will help prevent any snagging and extend the life of your manicure or pedicure.
STEP 3: Trim Nail Strips
• Use the closed file to file away any excess or leftover strip.
NOTE: Be sure to file in one direction to minizie damage.
TIP: Other Ways to Remove Excess Strip
• Tear off excess strip with your fingernails.
• Rub excess strip off on a hard surface
• Clip off excess strip using nail clippers or nail scissors.
NOTE: Don't clip too close to your free edge. You can easily file off smaller amounts of excess material.

• Cure strips 1 - 3 times under the Ohora Gel Lamp.
NOTE: Curing time will vary with each design. Designs with thicker gel, ail gems, or nail decals will require longer curing time.
• Check to see if your strips have cured completely.
NOTE: Completed cured gel will have hardened and sealed in place to the nail. Complete curing will boost gloss and durability of the strips.
• Use the enclosed file again to smooth edge and finish your nails.

Easy and durable!!

Absolutely worth it and love the salon quality nails
I love love love this nail set. Super economical in comparison to going to the nail salon but still have salon-like quality nails. I’m a mom and it’s been so hard to do anything for myself that I actually like. I never was an advent mail wearer with gel polish but I thought to give these a try because I absolutely dont have time to do nail polish and wait for it to dry and clean up the edges etc. These were simple and fun to do and I’ve been looking forward to doing them for a long time. Now I’ve finally tried it this past Sunday and I love it. There’s been only one nail that flew off and I believe that’s a user error. When I replaced it with the remainder of the available nail strips, it stays on just fine. The application does take some learning but once I got the hang of it, the nails look stunningly beautiful. This particular shade too is sooooo pretty. Makes me feel taken care of and pretty. It also makes me happy looking at my nails. They’ve withstand me holding my baby, doing chores and tape that accidentally stuck to my finger nails a few times. Even playing ukulele! Truly sturdy and functional!! Super impressed that it came with a lamp that is reusable and for this price point is absolutely insane. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Love these nails and application!

The application process was quick, beginner-friendly, and the strips adhered smoothly once cured. What stood out to me most was the color payoff — the shades look even better in natural light, super glossy and vibrant. Durability has been great, too. I got solid wear time, and if I noticed a corner lifting, it was easy to fix by pressing it down and curing again. Removal was gentle and didn’t leave my nails feeling weak. My only note is that you do have to take a moment to match the strip sizes to your nails, but it’s a simple step once you get the hang of it. Definitely a product I’d recommend if you want salon-quality nails at home.

Try it out if you need a fast manicure!
I always look at reviews but I never really write reviews for products until this one. I’ve been through so many press on nails, doing gel x myself, and gel/regular polish. This is by far my favorite. The process of putting it on was quick and easy! This is my 2 day having them on and haven’t had any issues . It really looks like i had them done. I know I can file the nails better next time I put them on but this looks great for applying in about 15 minutes.

I’m loving the ohora Gel Nail Design Starter Set in Emerald Whispers and it’s quickly become my favorite for easy, at-home nails that look salon-quality! The emerald green color is beautiful, lovely and glossy with just the right amount of sparkle. The process was super simple: I washed my hands, wiped them with the prep pads to remove any oils or moisture, picked the right size strips from the 30 options, peeled off the backing, and carefully applied them leaving a little gap near my cuticles. Then I pressed them down firmly, especially around the edges, filed off the excess, and cured them under the lamp that comes in the kit. The gel strips harden perfectly with no need for a top coat. I had tried another brand before, and my nails started coming off the very next day, it was so frustrating. But with Ohora, my nails have stayed on strong for 4 days already with no lifting or chipping, even with all the typing, housework, and chasing after my toddler. They feel lightweight, the edges don’t snag, and my natural nails feel healthy because the gel material is salon-grade and free from nasty chemicals. A couple of tips - make sure to buff your nails a little, press the strips gently but firmly, and avoid water or lotion for about an hour after curing. If you notice any edges lifting, just file them smooth or give them another quick cure.

Never tried gel nail strips before
I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I have never tried semi-cured gel nail strips before and I thought it was fairly easy to do - about 30 minutes. The strips stretch slightly so if your nail strip doesnt fit exactly you can try to stretch it out a little. The photo on the box said to use the nail filer to cut/shape down the nail strip but I found using a nail clippers gave a better outcome. The LED lamp is a bit flimsy but I like how it has a 45 sec timer so you know when to take your hand out of the lamp. Overall a solid 4 stars.
