Do not order books from target. I just received this and the whole book is banged up, paint is missing and pages are dented. They didn’t even wrap it in bubble wrap. I’m throughly disappointed.

Damaged book!
Love the book BUT it was delivered damaged not once but TWICE!! Target really needs to understand that some of us book collectors do not want our books damaged when we order from them!

Accidently ordered two of same, second has knicks
I accidentally ordered two, which isn't a problem. The first one came perfectly and even has a plastic wrapping so once I open it there won't be any stickers on it But the second one came without a plastic wrapping and multiple knicks/ bends. Also the sticker is directly on the cover. I provided pictures of the kicks.

Scratched and dented
As previously stated the book did not came in perfect condition seems like it was previously use and did not came in their individual wrapping as the other shipping within the same order since it split. I get that I bought it using the promotion which this was a first and I would 100% recommend but I take pride in my books and collection and makes me a bit sad with how I received them when the rest of the books came in great condition

Terrible Pre-order procedure
Highly upset to have a pre-order from February be cancelled, without notice, for a “technical” issue. This is my first time pre-ordering books from Target and the experience has been quite awful. The constant back order emails and new approval shipping dates in the beginning were a red flag.

Lost Confidence in Target
I pre-ordered this book and target has pushed back the delivery date six times. After reading other customer’s comments stating their orders suddenly got canceled, I’ve lost faith that my order will actually be fulfilled. I’m cancelling my pre-order with target and buying from my local barnes & noble. I don’t want to miss out on completing my collection due to target mishandling pre-orders.

I preordered this book in February and still have not received it. I reached out to target and they said they would pass my case along and I haven’t heard anything. Now I’m going to have to track the book down at a different store to make sure I get the complete set.

Not worth from Target
Preordered back in May, then it got canceled out of nowhere due to “technical issues” but I wasn’t notified at all about it and now it’s completely sold out. I saved my target circle and gift cards specifically for it and now I don’t even get a refund for that. Not ever ordering books or preorders from Target again and clearly you can see all the other people who order get damaged books.

Damaged : Sad
I ordered the first 3 volumes of these Bridgerton collector’s editions when target had there sale buy 2 get 1 free. The first volume showed up damaged and the replacement wasn’t any better. Target shipping department is mailing these collectors editions with no bubble wrap or any time of protection. Volume 2 arrived today damaged not as bad as Volume 1, but still damaged. At least the pages aren’t bent and ribbon bookmark not cut in half like volume 1. Also the cover the picture with the beautiful fouling isn’t even centered probably. Poorly made too. If you can get your hands on a “New” copy these would be stunning books. It’s just so sad that target won’t do better. I have attached pictures. Maybe third times the charm with volume 3 coming in September.🤞🤞🤞🤞
