i love this book!

i finished the book in 5 hours. honestly, i wasn’t expecting a lot since this is the authors very first book… BUT i was so pleasantly surprised! This book is truly amazing. it has so much depth to it and everything is perfectly mapped out, you can tell the author thought out every detail. I’m not typically into fantasy, but this was just the perfect ratio of fantasy to dark romance for me. with that being said… THE SPICE IN THIS BOOK????? top tier for sure! i have two words for you: Table. Scene. even if you’re not a fan of the rest of the book, you’ll like this scene. Once you read the book, you’ll know what i mean ;) Definitely check the TWs though. anyway, putting the smut aside (if that’s even possible) - the dynamic between the main characters is so fun. their conversations pulled me in and had me hooked from the second i met them - and oh my god, i WISH i was nell! I really love this book and will definitely be recommending to my friends :) i can’t wait for the second book to be released!

Loved this book!

Fantasy, dark romance, why choose all in one! The plot, the twist and turns, the characters, the world building, the spicy parts , every part of this read was amazing. Dakota's writing made me feel every part of this book, the good and the bad. The banter between characters literally had me laughing out loud at parts. The FMC, Nell, is strong and emotional, she's had it rough but we get to see her work through all of it and not let it leave her bitter and mean. The MMC's are everything, I Mean I seriously need me a Emerys🥵🥵 This book had me hooked from the start! I cannot wait for the next one to come out! As with any dark romance be sure to check the TW! This one does have a cliffhanger 5/5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Amazing spicy romantasy!

I love this book! It’s a dark romantasy that is full of spice. It went down as one of my favorites that will live in my heart forever.

Fae men to swoon over

This book just pulls you in from the get go! I enjoyed everything about this book! The spice, the banter everything! Who doesn’t love a why choose story with two sexy AF faes?!?! Make sure you check those trigger warnings! Be prepared for that cliff hanger ending! I can’t wait to see what’s in store next!

Loved this book

This is the best dark romantasy book I’ve read!! I highly recommend this book for all the book lovers who love dark romance, fantasy, and why choose trope! It has the perfect amount of smut without distracting from the plot which is what I really liked.
