Very watered down and unlike any hair oil I’ve ever tried. I also find it strange it has a pump and doesn’t come with a cap?

I got this sample size because my hair was absolutely course, damaged, and scratchy. This product made my hair feel so much better. I applied from bottom towards roots BUT NOT ON MY ROOTS! It smelled okay not super strong scent which fine with me! I recommend this for wavy to curly hair after shower with damp to dry hair.

Dont buy online
If you are ordering online, be warned. The glass bottle came completely covered in packing tape I cannot even cut it off. Not to mention there is dirt and hair stuck inside said packing tape. It is really gross and I am throwing it in the trash. I haven’t tried the product.

I was looking for a more affordable alternative to the verb ghost oil and decided to give this a go. The good: it smells kind of nice, almost like watermelon (I know that’s an odd descriptor, but… that’s how it smells to me lol), the packaging is pretty nice, and the company is cruelty-free, which is fantastic and more companies should be following suit. The bad: Despite being a very runny/watery consistency, this actually made my hair greasy. I can use the Moroccanoil Treatment Hair Oil and Verb Ghost Oil without greasiness — my hair drinks them right up… so I was really surprised that this left enough of a greasy residue, to the point that it made my hair almost stringy looking. I want to like it. I just can’t. I’m going to return this if possible.

Very Watery
Will not be repurchasing due to how watery the product is. It splashes everywhere when I squirt it on my hands. The liquid shot across the room when it missed my hand. This needs to be in a spray bottle so it can spray onto your hair rather than having to apply it to your hands first. Product is very light

Do not use if you have a nut allergy
The actual product is great. Like with all hair oil, a little bit goes a long way. I have long hair and only needed one pump with a little extra on the very ends. Avoid the roots, top of your head, and face framing pieces of hair. However, if you have a nut allergy please avoid!! I did not realize that baobob oil often causes anaphylactic reactions for those with nut allergies as it is a fruit seed and not a nut. Research shows that the processing methods often accentuate the allergen. It has argan oil too, which is a nut, but the processing methods often decrease the allergen. I ended up in the ER with a full anaphylactic reaction. However, my hair did look fabulous.
