Gloss shine does not last. The color does but I bought this under the impression/influence that the gloss lasted a while. It does not. Lips look extremely matte and dry after about an hour?

This lipstick stays all day without coming off. You can eat, drink, and be out all day at an event and it has staying power. The clear setter makes my lips feel way more hydrated than most long wear lipsticks or stains. Comes off easily at end of day with makeup wipes or remover.

This stays on FOREVER… *if* you don’t use the gloss! I tested this on my hand in the store and liked the color. I took a peek at the reviews here and ended up not purchasing that day because there were a bunch of reviews saying that it doesn’t last. Well, I got home, went about my day caring for kids, making dinner, washing dishes, washing my hands with soap 10 times throughout the course of the day, etc. I looked down at the end of the day and noticed that the color that I had tested on my hand had not budged. AT ALL!! Well… that sold me, so I added it to my next order. The first time I used it, I put on the color part and did not add the gloss. (I didn’t receive my order until after dinner, so that’s when I tested it out.) When I washed my face before bed, it would NOT come off. 😂 I tried oil cleanser, regular cleanser, baby wipes… Nothing. Still would not budge lol! When I woke up the next morning, it was STILL on!!! The next day, I tried it again and put the gloss on top and the color on the center of my lips came off within a matter of an hour (which is why I took off a star). So… if you are looking for shine with staying power, this may not be for you. But if you want a matte color that will stay on even when you want it to come off, then you’ve met your match, ha! The product is lightweight and feels good on the lips. If you regularly moisturize your lips, you should be fine. I could see how it may be drying or cakey if your lips are dry before you put it on but that is not the lipstick’s fault lol!

Patchy, pilly, messy!!!
Patchy, pilly, messy! This thing goes all over the place, the clear side gets so nasty so fast. I have shade Boundary Pusher and it's so patchy!!!! Even when I try and clean it up, it still bleeds down to my chin and gets all over my teeth! I usually love NYX lip products but this is not a winner for me.

Love the colour range
The colours are absolutely gorgeous for these and so is the staying power, the only downside is that it crumbles when reapplied. The pigmentation I haven't found anywhere else and im always complemented on the shades I wear - olive skin tone

Ultra pigmented lip gloss! It lasted all day without reapplication! You apply in 2 steps a color then a gloss. I love how NYX is also cruelty free! The cost is low for a high quality product!
