Not Happy
Most of the colors are very light AND PACKAGING IS AWFUL & very very hard to open. Will not purchase anymore. Wanted to return but that w not an option for me. Would like a refund for the 2 sets I bought but doubt it.

I love the jumbo eye crayon. I use Frappe as an eyeliner and it looks really natural and goes on very smoothly. I can do it quickly and it looks great.

Container looks all plastic but it sharpened!
I bought the milk color for primer and inner eye brightening and was initially disappointed that it seemed I could only use the tip of the pencil and wouldn’t last long. I have a double NARS sharpener and tried it on the bigger side and it worked! It all looks plastic so I didn’t think it would work but it did. Just wanted to let everyone know because I was extremely frustrated too. As for the milk color it does work great as a primer IMO.

No way to sharpen
Bought a couple a Of Sharpeners and this pencil is just too big to fit in the hole. Will be throwing out. Waste of money.

Worthless & Overpriced!
How NYX hasn’t changed this packaging yet is beyond me!! I bought this thinking it would twist the eyeshadow up, it doesn’t. After opening this plastic “crayon” up, I read the Q&A section for this product. According to a NYX expert in 2022, you’re supposed to sharpen this eye shadow crayon with the NYX Pro sharpener. But looking on the Target website, I can’t find that product. Who is going to look at a plastic casing and think “oh yes, I should sharpen that!”? Seriously NYX, do better, be better. If it isn’t obvious in how to get more product out then you designed it incorrectly. Sharpening plastic will dull your sharpener & finding a sharpener that fits this product is a nightmare. Don’t bother with this one. Too much work for an eyeshadow.

There was only enough for one application. Just the end that is showing is all you get. It will not advance. This is so shady! It even has a piece that looks like it would twist, but once you unwrap it you discover it’s fake. Bad, bad, bad.

I love the vibrant colors and the creaminess. I WISH IT CAME WITH A SHARPENER so it is clear that it can be sharpened. It wasn't until I looked at a bunch of negative reviews, all thinking that the tip was all you got for the money, that I realized I could sharpen it.

Buy another product
I literally just got this product home and it wouldn’t advance the product so I could use more when the top was used. Waste of my money. I thought this was going to be a great product but it sucks. Used it to swatch on my hand once and couldn’t use again as there isn’t a way to advance product up the tube. No twisting or anything. Ended up breaking it first try. Not happy. I’ll stick with my other tube of eye shadow that I know works.
