    I received a sample of Nutro Natural Choice Small Bites Adult Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe Dry Dog Food from PinchMe. My girls love it! As soon as I opened the bag their noses started sniffing & they came running! I love that the # 1 ingredients. is real chicken & that there is no chicken by product meal, corn wheat or soy! This makes it a WIN for all of us!! It is made with non-gmo ingredients. I will buy this for my dogs & recommend it to others.

    My beautiful baby girl is a rescue! She is about to be 5 years old now and she LOVES Nutro chicken and rice small bites. The smell is not offensive to my nose at all, but my pup loves it! The bite sizes are perfect for her teeth too. Luna has a very sensitive stomach, but Nutro is the brand that agrees with her. Also, it is not expensive compared to other brands. Reasonable, but very healthy. This was the food my vet recommended and the one my groomer uses as well! Great choice!!!

    Great formula, gentle on stomach

    I have a west highland terrier who has a big mouth but needs the small bites otherwise she will end up choking while eating. I like that they have this option for smaller dogs to have great formula in a size she can eat.

    This made my dog very sick

    I bought this food about 3 weeks ago and at first my dog (Eskimo Spitz mix) seemed to be taking to it well. As the weeks passed her hair started falling out and she started having episodes of vomiting. She was vomiting bright yellow speckled with blood for several days before I noticed it was directly correlated with her consuming this food. I poured the whole bag in the garbage and have decided to completely get away from this brand. Her vomiting stopped once this food was stopped.

    Great Quality Dog Food

    Tried my 3 1/2 year old Chocolate Lab on this food about 3 months ago and am glad I did. She will happily eat this food with or without any canned food added to it but I noticed that she will take the time to actually chew the kibble and her teeth and breath appear to be much cleaner! But the biggest improvement yet is that she has stopped scratching and her ear infections have improved dramatically.

    Lovin' Nutro!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 boxers and they loved Nutro Wholesome Essentials small bites Chicken, Rice and Sweet Potatoes. They devoured the small bites and even my dog who is extremely picky about her dog food didn't waste a second to dive in and eat! I'm especially impressed with the ingredients as I have a white boxer with allegories. Since Nutro's does not have Wheat, Corn or Soy it was perfect for her. I haven't noticed any negative reactions to the food and she loves the small bites! Lastly, the packaging is great because not only does it offer feeding guidelines for your dog, but how to successfully transition your dog from your old brand to Nutro! I would recommend this brand to any family that is looking for a new brand to try! I am 100% satisfied!

    Size good, Dog doesn't like it

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Havanese Adult Dog loved it and didn't have any issues with it. Kibble size is also good, not too big or small. We transitioned him for 1st week and gave him for 3 weeks. However, for past 1 week he is smelling it and going away. He doesn't seem to like as it used to be. When I offered him my regular one, he quickly ate it. Could be just coincidence or may be he has started not liking it anymore. Hard to say at this point. I will try to feed him Nutro again, hope he likes it again. Ingredients are good, my Dog is not having any vomit/diarrhea issues, so I am not discontinuing it as of now till he finishes bag I have got.

    An easy solution for my picky eater

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My male is just about as picky as they come. He either gets tired of food quickly and needs some new variety or he just won't eat some. We were having an issue with his current food as he just stopped eating it. The only way we could get him to eat was if we mixed in some wet food or some other type of flavoring. Decided to look for something a little different to see if that would appease him and landed on Nutro. I love the fact that their chicken was farm-raised and the brown rice with sweet potato was a little bit different. He absolutely loved it!! The small bag just wasn't enough I will be heading to the store for a bigger bag ASAP!

So I will admit I was a bit skeptical at first view of Nutro's Wholesome Essentials. However, my dogs scarfed their entire bowl down in record timing! They absolutely loved it. Well we introduced the Nutro food and she picks at her old food and moves it away so she can only eat the Nutro! lol. So far no stomach or digestion problems.
