Great supplement

Made me feel good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was fun to try. There was no real taste to the pills. It was hard to remember to take it several times a day. It did seem to help with cravings. I felt good while I was taking. When I stopped my stomach did seem to get upset.

Decent supplement, still testing for effectiveness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent product, not sure on the effectiveness yet. There’s a 30 day supply, based on the package size of 90 capsules and directions say to take one capsule before each meal. I like that it has pre, pro, and postbiotics in it. I take a probiotic every day to keep regular and I haven’t had to take it while taking these. They taste fine, I don’t really notice a taste at all.

Misleading Name
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Calling this a "GLP-1 Complex" is very misleading and I don't like that. Claims of "boosting" GLP-1 and/or metabolism are just a marketing gimmick. Having said that... These are a very good Pro and Postbiotic. Over the three weeks I've used them I have noticed a fairly significant decrease in bloating. I also feel like my blood sugars are more stable since I've been less snackish between meals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pill size is very large and has a bad smell/taste. Was not effective for weight loss, also caused me to have extreme flushing and hot flashes. Not sure what ingredient caused that, but it was bad enough to quit using!

Hands down the best great for bloating and digest

I liked it so much i even went to check how much it is on the website because i am buying more when i run out. This product is amazing. I honestly seen a difference mind you i work out on the regular but these added on to it. Also made me start seeing my abs defining more. From a woman who suffers from digestive issues. I can eat anything and they help me stay not bloated all day. I love these. Definitely need.

No noticeable Results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for almost a month, missing a dose here and there but mostly consistently. The instructions say to take 3 a day, one before each meal. The capsules are relatively large but are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad taste going down. I don’t think I have noticed any significant changes in appetite or bloating, unfortunately. Given each bottle would only last a month and I haven’t had any noticeable changes, I probably will not continue to use. On the plus side, I haven’t experienced any negative side effects.

Great for Bloating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first weight loss/ de-bloat supplement I’ve tried that I’ve seen results from! I noticed after a few days of taking it that I was seeing a lot less boating in my stomach and holding less water weight in my face. I can’t wait to see how I’m feeling after finishing the bottle! Cutting my cravings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for a little over a week and have noticed that I am not craving snacks as much in between meals or at night (especially sweets). The pill size is pretty large, but I like that you only have to take 1 at a time. I have to try to remind myself to take one before each meal, which isn’t the easiest when I am not eating at home. I have experienced no side effects from this product.

Don't take if you have a sensitive stomach
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this a good try. The first day, my stomach was very upset. The next same thing. It's just not for me. As far as the product details, the amount you get seems like a good value. There was no taste at all, no odor to your breath. The pills are a typical size, the same as most supplements.

Stomach feels balanced
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking this for a few weeks now, overall my gut feels more balanced. I haven’t seen a change in weight loss, but I understand this isn’t an instant weight loss pill. The supplement makes me more conscious of what I eat. I do walk a few times a week. I am sure if I amp up my exercise I may have better results. I don’t have any weird after taste from taking these. The package is simple and easy to find on my counter. The price is reasonable for this supplement. I plan to continue taking this for a few more months and hopefully I will see a change in my body.

Only 1 a day

For many other brands, one would have to take 2 to 4,which I don’t really like. I don’t taste anything when I take it & I take it with at least 8oz of water first thing in the morning. I have noticed smother movements and less cravings for sure.

The marketing is strong, but the effects just didn’t live up to the hype. I didn’t notice any major changes in hunger or weight over a few weeks of consistent use. The capsules are easy to take, and the ingredient list looks good on paper, but if there were any benefits, they were super subtle. For the price, I expected more noticeable results. It might work differently for others, but for me, it felt like a letdown
