More gray than olive.

I bought the rug several months ago. It is a great buy, but disappointed that the color was more gray than olive. Too much trouble to return, so we’ll live with it.

Color not accurate

Very disappointed in this rug. The colors are not accurate at all. Mostly brown/tan and no green/rust. I would return but it’s not worth the hassle. I will have to try and resell and find something else.

Colors are much brighter than photo

What looked like a cayenne/rust on my computer is really quite orange. However, I was glad that the olive was more of an olive green than the greyish color that appeared on my monitor. It doesn't look like an expensive rug, but it is nice and soft and not plastic-y feeling underfoot.

Mood & Goodness

This rug has been the perfect addition to our living room. I was looking for something to add some mood, color, and dimension to our room without overpowering the space! This rug did just the trick, I tried the option to see it in my space beforehand and I will say that it looks way better in person than online. We’re super happy with our purchase!

Incorrect sizing

The rug was very nice; sizing was off. I required a 9x12; the width of the rug I received was 8'5" and I had to return it. Customer Service was outstanding.

Not the same colors / ugly

This is the first time I’ve been let down by Rugs USA. This rug in person is not the same as the photo. There is no green, it is GRAY. The reds also overpower everything and the pattern is so busy and it’s not sharp, it just looks like a mess. I’m disappointed and will not be keeping this.

Doesn’t look like the picture at all.

This just arrived today. The description says “faded olive” and it’s a lovely green on the website. In person it is gray. Nothing green about it. Also looks like pixel art, as some reviewers said. Just gray and orange. Big yuck. Really really disappointed.
