Color inaccurate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is very soft, but the color and material are inaccurate on the site. Base on the photos I was expecting more creamy, muted colors with an almost flokati texture. The rug is very white, bright, and shiny in person. I was unable to use it where I'd intended and moved it to a hallway with lots of shadows.
