    Very low quality and non soft

    I really wanted to like this rug but I was surprised that the yarn used is very scratchy and low quality... not-soft, but it is extremely thin and not plush at all!

    Cheap wrinkled mess

    Seriously disappointed in the quality of both the rug and padding you sent.The rug you described as "Plush Solid Shaggy Rug" is of poor quality and NOT any bit PLUSH. It is best described as THIN, and the Standard RugPad is so thin, it provides negligible support/cushion. For the quality of the rug & pad, we would not recommend this to anyone, and we would not have ordered it.

    Love the look, hate the smell

    Love the look of this rug, we got the cream and it’s pretty with some textural design, but 2 things I am not loving are the smell (we’re going on a week of rolling it out and our whole bedroom still smells very strongly of chemicals to the point that I am thinking of sending this back. We’ve been running the air purifier and I open the windows and run a fan at night when it cools off to try to ventilate the room but it’s strong. Also, there were parts of the edges that were dirty upon arrival. Bummer. If our Cal King bed farm & bed weren’t sitting on top of it, it would probably have been sent back by now.

    Do not buy: I bought 3 runners for the master bedroom and regret it....

    This plush, shaggy rug is a nightmare to clean and it never looks good no matter what you do. I have shaken it, used a light vaccum to remove soil, washed it as instructed and all 3 are matted and I cannot get the plush back up. They look awful! On their way to the donation bin.
