Does not look like photo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug is not what the photo makes it appear to be. The color is an unattractive yellowish and it’s also very hard and scratchy. I would give zero stars if possible. The return fees are outrageous! I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

The color is off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately the color of the rug looks very golden/ yellow. The pictures online make it look more natural jute color so beware. The rug pattern is very pretty, I’m disappointed I’ll have to return it. Other than the color, the rug was not bad for the price.
