Amazing Looking Rug HORRIBLE QUALITY

This rug arrived and it was immediate plush and soft. However, within 2 weeks the rug fibers have started coming loose and falling out or matting together like one clumpy mess. It looks like we have had this rug for 10+ years and we have had it for a few weeks. Super sad because the coloring was spot on.
