Effective product for weight loss

My daughter wanted to lose a few pounds, so I told her I got this product from Influenster and wanted her to try it. She took this product for a month along with working out and lost 4 pounds easily. It was effective and seemed to have several good ingredients for your body. I was quite please with the results and so was my daughter.

My weight isn’t really an issue so idk if they have helped with that but I can say my gut feels healthier since taking these

Probiotics and omegas in one easy to swallow capsule.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These probiotics and omegas have been a nice addition to my regular daily vitamins. They go down easy with a light citrus scent. The only drawback would be that they do get stuck together and to the bottle so they can be hard to remove, but that does happen with most gel capsules.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this in the mail from influenster and nouri to test out in exchange for my honest review. I've been taking it for about 20 days now. It does help with my appetite. I think I need a couple more months while taking this to give my full review on it. So I will be purchasing more of them. It does help me out a lot throughout the day with my cravings. I did so a 48 water fast, and these did help with hungry very much! They don't have a taste to them which I like. Give me a couple more months, and I'll update my review, but do far I love these!

After a month of use, I didn’t observe or experience anything to support weight management or metabolism. However I did notice improvement in regularity from the probiotic. The capsules do stick together in the bottle and need to be pulled apart.

Easy to take
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These probiotics were much easier to swallow than I thought they would be. I experienced some discomfort from gas after the first few days. It went away as my body adjusted. I felt more energized. I think my mind was functioning better too. At least I was able to complete my word games faster and with better results. lol I recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health.

Also, in the past, I’ve had issues with fish oil, smelling absolutely awful on my fingers, adding the orange slice into the container is absolutely genius! I would 100% rebuy this product.

Interesting Combination
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure that these did anything for my weight, and I’m also not sure that the entire concept is just dosing high enough with vitamin c/citrus to cause a laxative effect, but I think they’re likely fine, and a good source of omegas in the form of fish oil. The double capsule is unique. There is a very strong citrus smell to them.

It's helps with staying regular
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nouri weight health probiotic definitely helped with regular bowel movements but I didn't notice any improvement with my weight. Also, I've only been using them for a few weeks and noticable weight improvement may need longer usage.
