Smells good , very buttery, but.... it doesn't work. There is no curl defining once the hair is dry. I tried a diffuser, wide tooth comb on my kids hair, all the tips and she's naturally a curly curly haired kid but lost some curl due to health issues.

A little goes a long way
Moisturizing yes Define curls absolutely yes! My child’s hair is thick with two different curl patterns. After using this product . I noticed the curls were defined more. Yes it’s a little sticky, but it’s like it clumps the curls together. But in does not leave hair feeling sticky after it dries. just wanna make sure I say that after it dries, your hair is more defined,soft and not as puffy! I did use the product right after washing my daughter‘s hair. I have also used it on my other daughter who has thinner curly hair with jojoba oil. I noticed after school her baby hair was not messy and it looks more controlled and hydrated. Hope this helps. I wish they had a larger option.

First off I will say that my hair is not pipe curly but I do have thick hair that is in between curly and wavy. I've always used gels or mousses but nothing really kept my curls intact without my hair being weighed down and feeling like raw Ramen noodles lol. Thought I would give a curl cream a chance and this stuff is amazing. It's light and doesn't feel like it's weighing down my hair. Not to mention it smells amazing. If you've ever smelt the volume dry shampoo from this brand, it smells just like that but better. I love how it doesn't have any harsh chemicals in it which is also a plus. I will say the top part of my hair is a little crunchy but that could just be because I used my AC fan to lock in the curls lol. I didn't even use that much product I used two quarter sized amounts throughout my whole head and I would say that was a perfect amount. Maybe I could've used a little more on the bottom half of my hair but I think my curls look fantastic!!

Absolutely love this product. I put it on my son’s beautiful curls while they’re still damp after we wash and detangle and it helps control frizz and keep them shiny and defined. The scent is very strong but smells soooo good. The product is a little sticky in the hair until it dries but really not a problem for us. I liked this so much I decided to purchase the detangling spray in this line as well.

I wanted to love this product for my son’s curly hair but after a few trial runs it just doesn’t cut it. Leaves a gross white dandruff film in his curls- maybe reacting with his leave in conditioner? I don’t have this problem with other products so this one is a no.

I’m reviewing this product after finishing my first bottle. Our 2 year old has right curls. I love the scent and the feel on her hair. The ingredients are great; however as her hair grew and got fuller, using this product alone didn’t have a “most of the day” hold on her hair. I feel like the curly leave in conditioner by J&J leaves a longer hold without other products but the ingredients aren’t great. I will be repurchasing this but combining it with jojoba oil first to control frizz or a little hair gel with it for a longer hold without using a ton of gel. Overall, happy with the products!
