Q: These arrived today. We installed the batteries and neither one will light up. We love them and want to keep them, but obviously we want them to work properly. Suggestions?

A: Please ensure that you are using brand new batteries and that the switch is on the ON position (the switch includes 3 options - on/timer/and off ) if that does not work please contact the customer service department for a replacement or full refund

Beautiful, but the lights don't work! Disappointed!
These arrived and we were excited, but the lights don't work! We tried different batteries, checked the batteries and they still won't light up. They would have been perfect for our outdoor porch planters, but sadly we will have to return them.
