Northlight Winter Forest Christmas Glass Ball Ornaments - 3.25" 80mm - 4ct

bought for white tree; decorated with white, silver and black accents. I bought these were so great an addition bought 2 more. They seem to be sturdy and the design is well done. The only negative is they were pricey like everything else these days.

First, someone in the packing department is an idiot. These (along with a few other items) were shipped in a plastic bag and of course they arrived broken. They don't say that they are shatterproof and clearly they are not. Two of them arrived totally in pieces with the other 2 were mostly intact. Ship these in a box people. I will say I knew it was a risk when I bought these. I hate glitter as it gets everywhere and is bad for the environment. But I thought these were so pretty and go well with my theme. I hoped the glitter was on the inside since these are clear glass I thought that could be easily done. Nope, everything is on the outside, and there is glitter of various sizes caked on. Normally I can wipe off and/or cover in glue to remove the glitter or make sure it stays put permanently. No can do with these, there's just too much of it. Even if they hadn't arrived broken I would have returned these, there's no "fixing" the glitter bomb issue.
