The pattern only goes around half of the skirt. It feels cheap, which is ridiculous considering the price.

If i could give a 0 stars i would

For the price of the item I would expect a better quality. There’s glue all around the blue gems in the center of the snow flakes, it feels like cheap felt, and just has a cheap appearance to it.
