    Love It!

    I was skeptical when I ordered due to all the hype over another certain brand but we already had iFIT with our Treadmill and were impressed with the workouts. But with the huge screen on the bike I find myself immersed in the surroundings-places like Thailand, Tuscany, our National Parks, not to mention the numerous classes. I couldn’t be more pleased!

    Good exercise bike but almost too small for someone that is 6’3”. It would be better if the seat and handle bars had 2” more adjustment. Everything else is great.

    Good but could be great with a few tweaks.

    The S27i is a great bike. So many great features and only 2 areas that need improvement. Areas needing improvement is (1) the time you spend in the warm up and cool downs should be calculated in your stats. Currently it is not. I can ride an additional 12 minutes and ride an additional 12 miles in the warm up and cool down phase but it doesn't calculate it. (2) I wish it was compatible with Fit Bit. Currently it is only compatible with Apple watch/products. Other than those 2 things, I love my S27i bike and the numerous rides and fitness programs for all levels. My favorites are the beach/island rides. The larger screen, the BUILT IN FAN, not being forced to buy & wear cycle shoes, and the automatic incline and resistance is what made me choose the S27i over Pelaton. I also love that some of the instructors also provide facts about the location your ride is taking place in. You get a history lesson with your ride.

    Excellent Home gym Addition

    Started building the family a home gym at the beginning of the pandemic. The S27i is the latest addition to the stable and fits nicely in a garage with a treadmill, weight rack, free weights, TRx, and such. The quality of the bike looks and feels commercial. It has the range to challenge those interested in steady-state or high-intensity training. Overall, it's a welcomed piece kit for the family's gym.

    Very much enjoy this bike

    I am using my Studio S271 bike most every day. I really enjoy the outdoor rides from different parts of the world. It makes my works fun. My only complaint is that Ifit needs to do a better job synchronizing the bike resistance and tilt with the terrain and/or trainers comments.

    Brand new bike with screen

    Brand new bike with screen freezing at least half a dozen times. No excuse for this to happen to a brand new purchase! Not even 2 months with this bike. Unacceptable. Wish I would have purchased a Peloton!

    I ordered a NordicTrack Bike in January

    The bike was extremely expensive, but I knew that going in. I paid an outrageous sum to get the bike installed and the installers were rookies who weren't entirely sure of what they were doing. The bike makes a huge racket at times while riding. It took me almost a month of trying to get tech support and when I finally got it, it took almost an hour and a half to get the issue addressed so far as getting parts ordered. When the tech come out he pointed out that several parts installed at the factory were defective (rounded out allen head screws on the crank in two different places), and the part sent to me for the repair wasn't the correct part. So, weeks after getting my bike, it's still making an awful racket many times while riding it. The tech thinks it's the ball bearings in the crank. On top of it all, my manual had pages missing.

    We are mostly happy with the bike and Ifit programs. The bike is difficult to switch between my size and my wife. Also the screen is very heavy to move up and down for different size people. thanks, Karl

    Great Bike

    I’ve had this bike since November 2022 and so far I have loved it. The rides are great and I definitely think I made a good choice in purchasing this bike. You may read some reviews about the screen, going blank and stuff not working, but as of today I have had no issues with my screen or my bike whatsoever.

    Almost top notch

    LOVE the bike and the trainers. A bit bummed that we had to do all the setup ourselves and it makes noises (bearings?) so I just use my airpods while I ride. The trainers are amazing and the variety of rides are great - just need longer ones!
