Worst skillet I've owned!
This is the worst ceramic pan I've purchased by far. It cooks unevenly, and everything at the center overcooks while the foods near the outer edge don't cook at all. We use only low to medium heat as per instructions, and everything still burns at the center. If we use low heat nothing cooks. The skillet gets black char from foods that burn at the center, and because we can only use non-abrasive sponges to clean, cleaning is super difficult. Really hate this skillet.
