Q: Is it dishwasher safe

A: Hello, While the instructions recommend hand washing, running your pan through the dishwasher does not have a negative effect on its performance or safety. Rest assured, discoloration on your aluminum pan is normal and happens naturally with everyday use. Aluminum reacts with heat, oils, moisture during baking/cooking, and hand washing or dishwasher use. All of which can darken, lighten, or create uneven coloring (patina). These changes are purely cosmetic and do not affect the pan’s safety or performance. Your pan will continue to bake evenly, release food beautifully, and serve you perfectly for many years.
