Nice aluminum set
I always liked my moms aluminum baking sheets and brownie pans. The aluminum was light weight and easier to handle than glass/ceramic, plus, everything baked evenly every time on the aluminum. I also always found them easier to clean. These are thicker than most aluminum bakeware I've seen and I like that. The only negative aspects about this set are the lid and sharp edges. The lid isn't a snug, airtight fit, so you'll need to use plastic wrap or foil to cover many meals properly anyway, but it is nice to use for toting a cake or cupcakes to a party. Also, edges along the corners of the cookie sheet are pretty sharp - be careful - as this cookie sheet is recommended to be hand washed, I will be extra careful when washing these!!!
