I love that it heats up really quickly as well. The bottom of the handle has a rotating temperature gauge so that sometimes is tricky to work around and not change the temperature mid use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a convenient and nifty little hair tool to have on hand especially since it works fairly quick and I can use all the extra time it gives while getting ready. It heats up really fast and it’s pretty powerful. I do use a heat protectant so that helps give it a shinier look. I wouldn’t replace this with my normal hair straightener but it’s definitely useful to have on hand. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wondering if a hair brush straightener would work on my thick curly hair and it does but it might not be as effective as an actual straightener. I tried using it the day after I had blown my hair dry, so my hair was already fairly straight rather than wavy/curly. It worked well when I used small sections of hair and pulled my hair tight through the comb. I don’t love how the temperature control at the bottom can be changed so easily because I accidentally changed it multiple times just by using the product on my hair. I think if I used a higher heat setting, it would work even better on my curly hair but I would be too worried about heat damage with how high the temperatures go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a very high end flat iron to tame my thick frizzy hair. I never considered a straightener brush because I didn’t think it would work on my unruly hair. I set up the Nicebay appliance according to the instructions and it worked as promised, it was heated and fully operational in three minutes. I tried on one side of my head and it only took a few swipes for my hair to be straight. I was able to have my entire head done in less than five minutes. The appliance did have a funny smell the first time plugging in but it wore off quickly. It also made a slight humming sound but according to the directions, that’s the negative ions at work. The only thing that kind of got in the way was the power source. The brush turns on by rotating the bottom of the handle to cycle through temperatures and I inadvertently lowered the temp a few times during use. It has six adjustable temperature settings and so you can choose what’s best for your hair, depending on If it’s thicker or thinner. It heats up really quickly and it stays hot the whole time you’re using. Also it if you stop using it, it will shut off after 60 minutes, so that made me feel good that it couldn’t be left on for longer than that time. It makes your hair less frizzy and less static it when you use it so it ends up looking really smooth. I received an incentive to write this review.
