Something happened to me with this product that I couldn't say if it was good or bad. What I can say is that at least it didn't provide any kind of hydration to my hair; on the contrary, it became difficult to comb.

I went to use this for the first time and the pump is broken. It will not open. Now I have to try to find a pump somewhere or wait to use up a bottle of something and try to reuse my pump. Big fail

Use with the Nexus pure shampoo
Best feature is it's sulfate free, silicone free, paraben free and dye free. I use it with the Nexus pure shampoo. No more hair loss. No bad smell. No drying or frizziness. I hang the bottle upside down and have no issues getting this thick luxurious conditioner out of the bottle. It actually fits perfect upside down on my shower towel bar or be creative and keep the conditioner upside down. :) It's better to invest a few extra bucks and get a great product. No more dollar tree hair products girls! 😆 My hair is very long thin colored. No issues with my color fading at all.

Too thick
While this conditioner seems to work well, the problem I have with it is that it is too thick to squeeze out of the tiny hole and the bottle is hard to squeeze. I’m 75 and the strength in my hands has diminished somewhat but I still need to wash and condition my hair and it shouldn’t be this difficult

Horrible scent
This is a review for boh the shampoo and conditioner, as they were used together. I had high hopes for these products, but the horrible scent made it a no go for me. I don't understand why a company markets something as "clean and pure" with "0% sulfates, silicones,parabens, dyes". and then adds an overpowering scent . This scent didn't smell too bad when I sniffed the bottle in the store. I had my husband try it first, and as soon as he opened the bathroom door after his shower the smell hit me from 20 feet away. I got an instant headache, and my eyes were burning and started to swell. Even he, who doesn't really notice smells, commented that it had a really strong off-putting scent. The odor is so strong that I could never even try this product. It will go back to the store.

Worst shampoo ever bought
I have a silky hair type of texture and it makes my scalp very stinky and dry ! it's too much chemicals in this product.
