Arrived broken with strings hanging/charms unattached/falling off. Poor quality.
Arrived broken with strings hanging/charm unattached and others falling off. The charms are just strung on/attached with string. One charm fell out of the box as I was taking the headband out. Can't believe they would ship it out like this and not notice hanging strings. Very poor quality. So disappointed because I was so excited about this for new years.
