We can send you a replacement remote but it could still be the vehicle. If it's the vehicle, we would have to go through the warranty process (below): All of our products have a 30 day warranty for defects in materials and workmanship. The consumer is responsible for the cost of postage and a copy of the dated sales receipt is required. This warranty does not cover damage that was the result of accident, misuse or abuse.
