A: The jump starters are shipped with some charge, but it’s best to fully charge the unit before first use. This ensures you get maximum performance and safeguards the battery health.
submitted byLauren - 3 months agoA: The one I bought had 83%… instruction manual says it must be at 80% to work but preference is 100%. I would imagine the charge percentage depends on how long it has been on the shelf. I changed to 93% before trying and it worked like a charm.

Saved us in a pickle
Saved my life in the target parking lot! Rich white lady was trying to help us jump our car and crackheads were heckling us. We went in and bought it. It had 86% charge and started our car first try. Thank you Jesus!!

Life Saver -
This product saved my work day, had my 4 cylinder NV-200 work van in a hazzard light parking spot for 30 mins and left my battery dead, I located this product w/ a quick internet search and was able to head back and jump my battery within seconds. super easy to use, but ultimately, saved my work day. $70 plus bucks, I'm good

Life saver
After a 2.5 hour drive we stopped at target to grab a couple things. Got back to the car and it would not start. Went inside and straight out of the box hooked to my battery and the car fired right up. Used it several times over the weekend and work every time. Very easy to use! Car needs an alternator but this device got be back home!

Yes, it was fully charged. LCD screen showed 100% after charging from wall charger. Attempted to boost a battery on a Honda Civic at 20 below zero. Car Battery never improved and the device's screen continued to read 100%. Ended up using my own car to jump the Civic.

Works Great
I love this battery jump starter made by Monster. I used it to start my riding lawn mower that had been sitting outside all winter and it fired right up with this jump starter. The starter was very simple to use, hook up the battery clamps to the correct terminal and start your lawn mower or vehicle. The jump starter is nice and compact making it easy to carry with you in your vehicle.
