Neutrogena Ultra Gentle Cream-to-Foam Face Cleanser - Fragrance Free - 8.5 fl oz

I have been using the Ultra Hydrating creamy face wash for many years now. Now they stopped making it. This creamy to foaming wash all it did was irritate my skin made it very dry and itchy. Why did they stop this facial wash?? A lot of reviews say they want it back. Please bring it back. I'm in my 70's and now I have to find something else to wash my face with.

Almost lost hope finding the best cleanser that would suit my skin type. I have hormonal acne prone, oily/combination, and very sensitive skin. I was hesitant in buying this cleanser, because every other cleansers that I’ve tried, my skin would feel dry and tight feeling, then within 3 days I start breaking out again. But I am so happy I found this cleanser. It doesn’t lather much, but it’s just enough lather to make my skin feel clean! Also, I noticed that my skin looks more even toned, less breakouts, and less inflamed. I use a cleansing balm to remove my makeup, then cleanse with Neutrogena cream to foam cleanser, and last step is moisturize with bio oil. Highly recommend it!

I am disappointed. The old version of this was the only cleanser i could use that didn’t irritate my face - ultra gentle hydrating cleanser. I dont know what im going to use now.

i bought this because i have extremely SENSITIVE skin and used it only one time and had a very immediate reaction. My skin was stinging and burning and red and i still have a rash on my neck from this cleanser. Be careful if you have extremely sensitive skin. this product is not 100% hypoallergenic as the label suggests. (not sure why this is in all caps, my caps lock is off)

I used the old formula for years, it was one of the most gentle and moisturizing products out there for sensitive skin. This new cream-foam formula has a longer ingredient list and irritated my skin immediately on contact. Very disappointed. I now have to go find a replacement product.

Not a fan of this cleaner. I am 72 and this ACTUALLY broke my face out. I gave it 2 weeks. Now i am on the look for a face cleanser again. I have used this brand since the 1970’s and never ever had a proBlem. I had high hopes for this cleanser.
