Best makeup remover
This is my 3rd repurchase and I honestly will never go back. I would always struggle to take off my waterproof mascara, but with this it takes it off at an instant. It is a bit oily so i recommended that you just use some water right after. Other than that it’s amazing

This Neutrogena stuff is exactly what they named this product because of its very gentle yet highly recommended ingredients for the skin after cleansing makeup products off. This is definitely a we'll loved goodie in my cosmetics cabinet. It doesn't strip your skin at all it just basically helps breakdown stubborn makeup products for a clean and fresh face. It is really good at removing all kinds of makeup products after full day wear of makeup and it's sold at a lot of places so an extra plus for it being accessible easily and I think it's an affordable option if your into double cleansing after wearing makeup or if you just wanna try it out I'd say do it.

Best makeup remover on the market!
Initially, I bought this product on a whim, wanting to try something new and it was the best decision I made. Constantly struggling to find a make up remover that would take off everything without the constant rubbing and repeated face washing. This one completely took off all of my waterproof mascara and make up and at a good price point. You really can’t beat it. This make up remover works well and remove dirt and Makeup from your face. The packaging is convenient as I just pour it onto a cotton pad. I do prefer oil based for waterproof makeup, but this works well if your make up is not waterproof.

I will never buy another neutrogena product agaIN after purchasing the eye makeup remover. There is no seal at all on it or under the cap so not sure what is in it. Any person can open it and fill it with acid or anything and us unsuspecting customers can have life long injuries. This is just not acceptable for a huge company like Kenvue or soon to be Kimberly clark. Buyers need to be very aware.....
