I usually love neutrogena products but this lip plumper doesn't make the cut. The applicator can get very messy, and the product feels heavy and sticky on my lips. I see minimal difference when i use this plumper, and it just doesn't work as well as expected. After a few hours of using this, my lips get insanely dry.

This product doesn't cause any irritation. It's easy to apply, and the scent is incredibly pleasant and rich. It instantly shows signs of reactivation and delivers noticeable results. The packaging is lovely; I highly recommend it. The price is super affordable.

This js the first time im trying it. I dont feel any kind of coolness like it says I should feel and I dont really notice much a difference in the size of my lips. I use lip plumper daily. On and off all day I apply a lip plumper. I use too faced and buxom and when I apply those I always feel some kind of tingle or some kind of coolness which is how I know its working. I can see the results when I apply those brands. This one I think I might have just wasted my money because I dont feel anything and dont see any kind of change In my lips. Normally I love Neutrogena products but this lip serum isn't their strong suit. Sorry to say it. Im kind of disappointed in it. I was excited to try it and I got let down haha

it gives you healthy looking lips and makes them more plump. the ingredients are safe. the packaging is good. i don’t think it has a scent but that’s what i think. the texture is soothing.

Bought this product and i seen no difference, only felt like i put lotion on them. I will say that this is the only product that has failed me, i do like their other products.

I dont think this is really meant for plumping lips, there is the slightest tingle but then it goes away in a instant and i dont see any noticeable plumping.

Did nothing to plump my lips. I love the packaging and it feels so cool on your lips. The scent is inexistent which I prefer and the ingredients look safe! Not very plumping but does hydrate!

I don't think Neutrogena did themselves any favors by calling this a lip plumper. It's not. There's no instant plumping or anything like that. It's more like a lip treatment that's meant to be used on a more consistent basis. I've been using it twice daily (am/pm) for about 2 weeks as part of my usual skincare routine and have noticed my lips don't seem as dry throughout the day and the texture is softer. I also noticed the fine lines around my lips are less noticeable. So no, it's not going to make your lips instantly big and juicy but it will smooth out lines and help with dryness which can make them look a little plumper and smooth with consistent use.

I already have full lips, but the packaging looks really cool so I decided to purchase this. It’s not very thick. I usually layer a thicker lipgloss over top. I don’t really notice pumping, I assume it works overtime. I like that this is the only drugstore product with peptides.

Smooths out fine lines really well! Gives the tiniest boost to the outer edges of your lips. But you do need to be liberal with the product. Great for the budget friendly price tag
