Directions

Directions ■ To use as a cleanser: Wet face. Squeeze into hands and gently massage all over the face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. ■ To use as a mask: Do not exceed 2 to 3 times per week. Squeeze into hands. Smooth an even layer over skin, avoiding the eye area. Allow to dry up to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. ■ Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. ■ If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day. ■ If going outside, apply sunscreen after using this product. If irritation or sensitivity develops, stop use of both products and ask a doctor.

It’s good for maintenance I guess if your skin is already mostly “clear” although I haven’t used it consistently.     Great dual cleanser or mask

    Great dual product for daily cleanser or as a weekly deep cleansing mask. It gives a nice cooling sensation, especially as a mask, helps reduce breakouts, shine and improve clarity and smoothness of skin. If you use it too much, however, it can start to dry your skin out. It is a smooth texture and does not foam. It is on the more expensive side for a neutrogena product, so I prefer to use it weekly as a mask instead of as a daily cleanser.

    This is the only product that has helped me with my acne problem. I am in my late 40s and just now starting to have acne really bad. Was ordering all types of products and decided let me stick with a brand that I know.     Works really well.

    I will tell anyone that this mask does have a refreshing filling. Once applied, your skin will feel smooth after use. I would recommend an application brush for applying since it does get a little messy.

    This Clear Pore is a fantastic 2-in-1 product. I use it daily as a cleanser for a fresh feel, and once a week as a deep-cleansing mask.     Definitely effective, better as a mask

    I've been using this mask/wash for years, as my skin seemingky never got the memo that puberty ended many years ago for me. My daughter borrowed mine so much I had to get her her own bottle, and now it's one of her faves as well. As a wash, it is effective but better used as the second step in double cleansing. This is because, while it will help kill bacteria and keep pimples in check, I don't feel it's the best cleanser for removing oils or any other residue. As a mask (after cleansing), it help to absorb oil as it dries and has a bigger effect on pimples since it's on the face longer. Overall, it's a solid and effective double tasker.

    Gotta get back on this!

    I remember how gentle and super clean feeling I felt after using this! I preferred it as a mask but using as a cleanser also felt nice, the only difference is I felt this was a little too strong to use daily for my face specifically. I’m always trying new products but I think I’m going to have to go back to this! If it ain’t broke don’t fix it lol

    One solution for my black heads and pores

    I want to share my experience with this product, I have a lot of blackheads and open pores, I have been using nose strips to clear blackheads every week but it comes back in one day I have used tons of products but so far this is the best. The trick and secret is that leave it on your skin for 5 mins and then rinse off, you will see a clear difference within a week. I love this face mask and use it twice a week.
