Aggravating

I have had this cup for a couple of months now and I love it. However, I the seal comes off every time I take the lid off and that is super frustrating. I get so aggravated I feel like tossing it in the trash just for that reason. maybe a screw on lid would be better.

Low quality product according to Hydrapeak

I’ve only had it for a few months but the color is peeling off. I reached out for a warranty replacement but Hydrapeak just copied and pasted their “wear and tear” warranty exclusion. So it seems these are low quality by design as the company believes the color peeling off within a few months is normal. I will be sure to avoid this brand in the future.

Better than most of other tumblers.

I got mine doing a survey for ASI and I absolutely love love love it. I can put Ice water in my cup and keep adding water and have ice in there for 2-3 days depending if the water was refrigerated or not. You will love your cup if you get one of these. (Not a paid review)

Love the flip straw, hook type of handle

Purchased about a year ago. I bought this size because it fits in the side pocket of my small Travelon backpack. Drinks stay cold all day in 90+ weather. Found this at a local store by chance, I’m getting a second one.

Fantastic bottle

Absolutely an amazing bottle , ideal if your on the go a lot and it’s hot out , stays cold over night from filling at 5 at night till 5 the next evening. Even hot drinks stayed hot longer than 12 hours. Good value for money and I would say it’s the best I’ve ever brought and I’ve brought a few.

Not very impressed.

This tumbler forces fluid out or the straw every time I put the top on the cup. There is no vent to let the pressure escape. You do not sell a different top that has an opening to put in a straw. I was very disappointed the first time I used this tumbler and made a mess on myself and the counter. I did like the fact that it had a handle. Too bad the top was such a poor design.

Great product! Holds true to its promise to keep beverages hot or cold for many hours. Easy to clean. The handle is great, sturdy. The lid seals well but if tipped over will leak.

I got this cup a few weeks ago and it's great I had another one before, and I broke (because my friend was being stupid not because of the cup) but I tried to put hot tea in it because the packaging said it keeps drinks hot. But the straw ended up bending because of the heat.

Who tested this before production?

This is the most frustrating cup we own. The seal on the inside of the lid is never secure which makes this lid impossible to open. Would be way easier to open if it had some sort of latch or tab to grip or push your thumb against but there's none. My wife can't even open this cup 100% of the time so I have to help her when she needs to refill her water. Additionally, if the cup is somewhat full and you shut+seal it, it pushes water up through the straw and onto you. I did not check if the product was dishwasher safe so this part may not be a criticism, but the straw is super bent after one trip through our dishwasher. If it's advertised as dishwasher safe, make sure you never include the straw. Best thing I can say about this cup is that it does well at keeping cold liquid cold and hot liquid hot, but plenty of others do this and aren't poorly made.

Avid water drinker

I am a 40 something year old Women from NJ who only drinks water so I use my water bottle 24/7. I’m a retail mgr and my bottle travels around my store all day with me and what sold me on this cup is the handle it fits perfectly in my cart that we use in our store (Gap Outlet) to fold clothes , all other cups don’t have that handle and fall if you bump into anything lol. I have recommended it to many people.
